SPECIAL REPUBLIC DAY OFFER

(Pay for two nights and stay for three nights)

On the occasion of Republic Day, the guests staying in any Hotel of HPTDC for two nights will be provided free stay for the third night. This offer will be valid for stay between 25th  to 28th January, 2019. The booking for these packages can be made online at official website of the Corporation i.e. www.hptdc.in as well as at all Hotels & Marketing offices of the Corporation

Terms & Conditions:

  1. The offer will be applicable on all bookings done from HPTDC website. i.e. hptdc.in or from any Marketing office of HPTDC.
  2. The Guest will be required to pay full tariff plus taxes for 2 nights under respective Republic Day offer and 3rd night will be absolutely free. No discount will be applicable on first two days tariff under this package.
  3. The Guests avail free 3rd Night at any hotel of HPDTC having same room tariff.
  4. The Offer will be valid on room tariff only. Food & beverage charges will be payable on actual basis.
  5. Guests desiring to avail this package should contact any Marketing Offices of HPTDC for availability/ bookings.
  6. Guests seeking online booking are also advised to contact any Marketing Office of HPTDC before doing online booking so that the accommodation for the duration of free stay can be blocked.
  7. In case of non availability of the accommodation during extended free stay, suitable alternative accommodation will be provided.
  8. Advance paid in respect of first two days will be adjusted for the 3rd
  9. The Guests can stay in any of the HPTDC Hotel subject to availability of rooms.
  10. The package will remain valid for stay between 25th to 28th January, 2019.
